Return/Exchange Policy


All shipping is done within 48 hours after your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays). You should receive your package within: 2-5 business days if shipped First Class, 1-3 business days if shipped Priority. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

 Devotion Boutique is not responsible for items that are lost after USPS tracking shows "Delivered". You will have to contact USPS directly. 



If your item(s) did not fit you or you were not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly reimburse you with store credit or exchange your item for a different size. We do not offer money back returns.

The item(s) must be mailed back within 5 business days of it getting delivered. All items must have the tags still attached and be free of any stains/odors or else we cannot honor the return. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees to send the items back. We suggest you get a tracking number, we are not responsible for lost items in the mail. 

Make sure the order number is on the package or it will delay the process. Once the item is returned to us in its original condition we will issue the store credit or send out the size you need.

Please do not send your items back after the 5 days without letting us know. We will not issue store credit or pay shipping to send the item(s) back to you. 

Codes that are issued for Store Credit will not work for special Holiday sales or any other kind of sale we have going on our site.

Sale items and bodysuits are "FINAL SALE" so please ask questions before placing your order. 



Lace items are inspected for damage before getting shipped. We will gladly exchange it if it doesn't fit, but it cant have any kind of damage.
